The challenge.
To promote the launch of BMW’s New Car Locator website – a big step for the brand – and one that would enable customers to search for available stock cars in the UK. With lockdown in full swing at the time, our challenge was to create an engaging animated piece that depicts the key features and mechanics of the site. The final version needed to be edited into shorter versions which would be used to promote the new website across multiple social media platforms.

The solution.
An animated showcase of the different stages of the site in an abstract and contemporary manner yet illustrating the simplicity of the user experience journey on the website. From the number of vehicles available to the filtering of location, price and even colour, we wanted to highlight that a new BMW was only a few clicks away.
We delivered.
An extended animation version for the BMW.co.uk website and provided socially optimised versions for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
As a key engagement tool in BMW's marketing mix, the New Car Locator animation proved invaluable for creating awareness and driving traffic to the new website.
